We're very excited to be offering our ultimate beef box - 10kg of rare-breed English Longhorn beef!

This offer is for pickup only from our Ranelagh Warehouse or Bruny Island Cellar Door.

The large variety of cuts included in this box is a product of our emphasis on whole-animal butchery - eating and using all parts of the animal. This ensures that there is no wastage, respect is shown to the animal by using every part, and that sustainability is prioritised. 

English Longhorn cattle are quite large, yielding carcasses around 350 kg, so cuts such as sirloins, ribs, and rumps are suitable for serious meat lovers or perfect to be shared between two people. The breed is typically lean but with excellent intramuscular marbling and rich-coloured flesh.

 

Each box contains:
1kg Scotch
1kg Rump
1kg Sirloin
1kg Blade Steak
1kg Fillet
2kg Diced Beef
3kg Mince

This Beef Box is a strictly limited release. Orders are open for 2 weeks or until sold out.
 
Please note that these boxes are not available for shipping, and are available for pickup only from our Ranelagh Warehouse or Bruny Island Cellar Door locations. When ordering online, make sure you select Store Pickup when completing your order.
 
We will pack the boxes on the 23rd of September for pickup collection that week.
