General Shipping Information
For the vast majority of Australian households, orders will be sent by courier. We generally pack and dispatch on Mondays and Tuesdays and delivery usually takes 1-2 days to all states.
Orders will be packed in an insulated box with gel ice packs to keep cool while in transit. To preserve the quality of our products, our insulated and iced boxes are capped at a maximum of 5kg. Orders over 5kg will require two boxes.
Beer and Wine Delivery with Australia Post
Our beer and wine carton prices include freight with Australia Post eParcel. Delivery will take 5-10 business days, and will arrive separately from any other orders.
Order Tracking
Each shipping method that we use will generate a tracking number on dispatch, and you will receive an email or text notification to track your order.
PO Boxes
We do not recommend using a PO Box address for orders containing perishable products.
Not home to receive your order?
Our drivers will only leave your parcel in what they consider to be a safe place. If the driver feels it is not safe then the parcel will be taken to your local depot/post office.
If you live in an apartment, make sure you add delivery instructions to your order, for example: “Please leave delivery at service desk” or “Buzz apartment 123 on arrival”.
