Shipping within Australia

Delivery is free for orders over $199. A $20 delivery fee applies to orders under $199. Any delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout.

Orders placed by 12 pm Monday are dispatched Tuesday morning. Cheese and other chilled goods are packed in insulated boxes with gel ice packs and usually arrive 1–3 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer for regional destinations, busy periods or disruptions in transit. We do not recommend delivery of perishable items to extremely remote areas or PO Boxes.

To protect chilled products in transit, insulated boxes hold a maximum of 5 kg. Orders over 5 kg need two boxes. If your order includes chilled goods and alcohol, these may arrive as two deliveries with separate tracking links; any delivery fee is charged once per order.

Beer and wine cartons

Beer and wine carton prices include freight with Australia Post eParcel. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, and cartons may arrive separately from other products.

Tracking and delivery instructions

We send an email or text with tracking details when your order is dispatched. Please check your delivery address and postcode at checkout. Drivers will leave a parcel only if they consider the location safe; otherwise it may be taken to a depot or post office. If you live in an apartment, add clear delivery instructions to your order.
