Quince Jelly
Range Tasmania Quince Jelly celebrates autumn when the beautiful golden quince fruit is harvested. Upon cooking, the fruit transforms into a glorious amber colour, reminiscent of autumn leaves.
Traditionally used as a sweet preserve or served alongside roast pork, chicken, or turkey, this aromatic jelly is also perfect for gravies, glazing ham, or adding a gourmet touch to cheese boards and desserts.
