Fire Tiger Fermented Vitality Broth
Rough Rice (Adam James) is a Lutruwita based food innovator whose obsession is the alchemy of fermentation, preservation and flavour making. His work in fermentation takes traditional techniques from around the world and adapts them to local, seasonal + organic produce. The resulting condiments are natural, nutritious and nourishing (with no numbers, fillers or nasties) and are all vegan and gluten free.
The Fire Tiger Vitality range is built around curcuma longa, aka turmeric. Like a big warm hug in a cup. Fermented organic turmeric, dried Cygnet shiitake, (invasive) Bruny Island wakame, hemp seeds, fermented and freeze dried ‘mothership’ chilli, nutritional yeast and Tasmanian sea salt. Perfect as a coffee replacement, nourishing pick me up, also great for camping/the outdoors or as a night cap. One teaspoon (3 grams) makes 150ml broth.
