Angasi Oyster Fermented Hot Sauce
Rough Rice has teamed up with Keep Tassie Wild to create a limited-edition, wild-fermented hot sauce that celebrates the flavours and landscapes of our island home. Crafted from ingredients sourced from both land and sea, it delivers a rich, layered complexity that could only come from Tasmania.
This small-batch release combines Tasmania’s native Angasi oysters with six varieties of organic chillies, all slow-fermented and hand-bottled. Each 200 mL bottle is finished with a wax seal – small details that speak to the care behind every batch.
