Young and Old Cheese Box
This box is all about comparing how our cheeses change with age. You’ll get fresh and aged versions of some of our best cheeses, so you can taste the difference for yourself.
It includes two versions of each cheese: Saint, 1792 and Raw Milk C2. One is younger and one is more mature.
One Saint and one 1792 are close to their best before date and are included at a discounted price. They’ll arrive with 2 to 3 days left on the label, but they’re still perfectly good. As soft cheeses age, they become stronger in flavour and runnier in texture. The best before date is just a guide.
You'll also receive two portions of Raw Milk C2. One is aged for the usual six months, and the other is a vintage version matured for twelve months. It's a great chance to compare how this cheese develops with age.
This is a great chance to taste our cheese at different stages of maturity.
