Our Tasmanian Cheeses Selection
In this selection, our head cheese-maker, Luke, has selected three great cheeses from some of his favourite Tassie producers, and we've thrown in our Raw Milk C2 for good measure.
Providing a beautiful example of a cheese made using three different types of milk, we have included Tongola's Bloom (Goat), Grandvewe's Primavera (Sheep), and Coal River Farm's Blue Cheese (Cow).
Also included in our World Cheese Award winning Raw Milk C2.
Made with the best of spring and summer milk, the cheese has a super dense texture with intense flavour.
You'll also receive three condiments and crackers to enjoy alongside this selection of cheeses.
