Caz's pickling recipe is simple and delicious - locally grown beetroot and onions, with those big earthy flavours making a great accompaniment to a cheese and charcuterie platter. And let's face it, the deep red colour creates a feast for the eyes. 

Please note: At checkout, you’ll be asked to choose your preferred dispatch date for Christmas orders: the 2nd, 9th, or 16th of December. You may also select immediate dispatch for the next upcoming Monday. However, please be aware that some items are available exclusively for Christmas dispatch.

Beer and wine are shipped separately from cheese and will arrive a few days later.
