We have just 15 wheels of Raw Tom baskets avaialable as part of our Cheese Club offer.
With an average weight of 1.8kg, this batch of Raw Tom is 4 months old and exactly what we are looking for in this cheese. High moisture, lactic, slightly tart yogurt flavours with just enough salt to lift the flavour at the end of the palate.
They also look spectacular in the basket format!
