Orders placed by 12pm Monday are dispatched Tuesday morning. Orders placed after the cutoff will be sent the following Tuesday.

Australia-wide delivery is free on orders over $199, with a $20 delivery fee on orders under $199. Chilled orders are packed in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to help protect product quality in transit.

HONEY SAISON

The Golden Chook is a honey saison brewed with local Lenah Valley honey.

We first used this particularly good honey in our Honey Pale, then wanted to take it in a different direction. Saison is a classic farmhouse style from Belgium and France, and one that suits our shallow open fermenters beautifully.

Golden in colour, with a white fluffy head, lively carbonation and a dry finish, it brings together gentle floral honey character, Enigma hops and farmhouse saison yeast.

7.0% a/v | 2.8 standard drinks | 500 mL

GRAIN: Pale Malted Barley (Tas), Munich Malt (Germany), Carapils Malt (Germany), Rye Malt (Germany), Wheat Malt (Tas) and Rolled Wheat (Tas).

YEAST: Farmhouse Saison.

HOPS: Enigma.
