Ordering and payment

When you place an order, we will review it and contact you if we need more information or cannot fulfil it as placed. Payment is taken at checkout. The price shown when you place your order is the price charged for that order. Future prices may change.

We process online payments through our payment providers. Please check your order confirmation after checkout and contact us if you are unsure whether your order went through.

Ownership

We retain ownership of products until payment is received in full.

Availability and substitutions

Our cheeses vary with the seasons. If an item is unavailable or unsuitable to send, we may substitute a similar cheese of equal or higher value at no extra charge. If you would prefer no substitutions, please tell us when you order. If we cannot fulfil your order as agreed, we will contact you about the options, including a refund.

Delivery

Our current dispatch schedule, delivery estimates, packaging, tracking and delivery charges are set out in our shipping information and shipping policy. Please check your delivery address and provide any instructions needed to receive your parcel safely. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by regional transit times, busy periods and other disruptions. If an order is delayed or arrives in poor condition, please contact us so we can assess the issue.

Product concerns and returns

Please inspect perishable goods when they arrive and contact us as soon as you can if something is wrong. We do not usually ask for perishable products to be returned. Our refund policy explains how to report a concern and how we handle returns, refunds and replacements. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order without penalty if you contact us before it has been dispatched. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for products we cannot supply. Recurring orders are also subject to the cancellation terms shown with the subscription.

Privacy

We use personal information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support and operate our store. We send marketing messages in line with your preferences. Read our privacy policy for details about how we handle your information.
