The resulting condiments are natural, nutritious and nourishing (with no numbers, fillers or nasties) and are all vegan and gluten free.

The Fire Tiger Vitality range is built around curcuma longa, aka turmeric. This concoction combines; fermented turmeric, 10yo masterbrine, fermented ginger + hakurei, raw apple cider vinegar and spices. All components are fermented separately then blended, then further aged for 3-6 months. Also makes a punchy, vibrant salsa that’s great w oysters and ceviche.
