Wild Mother have just launched Strawberry Hibiscus Shrub. Cool climate Huon Valley strawberries are pressed and blended with native hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa) and our organic apple cider vinegar to craft this refreshingly satisfying zero alcohol aperitif syrup.
Creating an invigorating combination of fresh strawberry flavours and tart acidity, there ingredients are rich in antioxidants that contribute to overall wellbeing. Mix 30 ml of syrup with 150 ml of sparkling or still water and serve with ice.
