We bring you along for the journey as the cherries grow and ripen. We expect to send your cherries mid-January, and will be in touch closer to the time to confirm when they'll be sent.
WHERE DO THE CHERRIES COME FROM?
Our dairy farm and raw milk cheese factory are both located in the glorious Huon Valley, so this year we've sourced huge cherries from our mates just down the road at Hansen Orchards. We also reckon they grow some of the best cherries in Tasmania!
Hansen Orchards is a fourth-generation, family-owned business growing, packing and marketing apples and cherries across more than 200 hectares in the pristine Huon Valley in southern Tasmania.
Howard Hansen is the fourth-generation owner of Hansen Orchards. Howard and his father Carl work side by side each day, continuing the family tradition of growing high-quality apples and cherries.
