Medlar & Pepperberry Paste
Cultivated since Roman times, Belle's Bounty's Medlar fruit is sourced in the Huon Valley and processed with local apples and native Tasmanian pepperberries to give the paste a peppery burst.
With flavour notes including cinnamon, vanilla and apple butter it is the perfect accompaniment to any cheese platter.
Please note: Orders are packed weekly on Mondays. Please place your order by Sunday to be included in the next week's dispatch.
Beer and wine are shipped separately from cheese and will arrive a few days later.
