Seasonal figs in a sweet-and-sour gastrique made with our own Whey Stout, creating a rich, complex accompaniment for cheese and savoury dishes.

Orders placed by 12pm Monday are dispatched Tuesday morning. Orders placed after the cutoff will be sent the following Tuesday.

Australia-wide delivery is free on orders over $199, with a $20 delivery fee on orders under $199. Chilled orders are packed in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to help protect product quality in transit.
