Inside, you'll find our very special Raw Milk C2. This cheese is a perfect example of why unpasteurised milk makes for such extraordinary cheesemaking.
Complementing the cheese is a bottle of House of Arras' Grand Vintage 2015 Sparkling Wine. The 17th release in their series, this wine reflects the quality of Tasmania’s cool-climate vineyards. After seven years on tirage, it boasts an elegant balance of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, offering unmatched complexity and delicacy.
To round out the hamper, we've included a jar of our Figs in Whey Stout Gastrique and Tasman Sea Salt Lavosh Crackers—ideal accompaniments for your tasting experience!
