We use a traditional recipe that has been passed down through Nick's family, changing slightly along the way. Nick's (this recipe) is not as spicy or hot as other kasundi but there is still loads of flavour there which will complement your food rather than dominate it.

We don't even know where to start as to its uses ... we use it just about on anything where you would normally reach for a tomato relish or sauce.
