"Absolutely", I replied.
I thought he meant my late business partner and good mate, Jonathan West – a man who loved a good mondegreen, but loved Tasmania even more.
He poured his passion into supporting small producers like us, backing our cheese and beer with wisdom, generosity, and the odd sharp word when needed. We are what we are because of him. So here's to JW. - Nick
Packed with tropical and stone fruit aromas, this IPA pours a deep copper with a refreshing dryness and bitterness to balance out the delicious malt flavours.
6.9% a/v
GRAIN: Pale Malted Barley (TAS), Munich Malt (GER), Wheat Malt (AUS), Carapils Malt (GER), Rolled Wheat (AUS), Chocolate Wheat (GER).
YEAST: Ale, English Origin.
BRUNY ISLAND CHEESE MATCH: Raw George.
HOPS: Galaxy & Eclipse.
