A deliciously sweet paste complementing your cheese platter. Made from the marc of our pinot pressings, this acts as a great palate cleanser. Best served with creamy and strong cheeses.
Try it with shavings of parmesan, soft white cheeses, goat and sheep milk cheeses, feta and creamy blue cheeses.
