The special release Whisky Whey Stout is our limited barrel matured beer; our Whey Stout aged in Tasmanian single malt whisky casks. Our classic Whey Stout conditioned in a 100 litre PX sherry matured whisky barrel from our friends at Battery Point Distillery. Smooth and elegant, with pleasantly warming whisky and oak notes. 5.8% a/v.
